Requests that fall outside routine website maintenance will be discussed and quoted separately before work begins.

Maintenance is scheduled based on availability.

BASIX Care is not an emergency or 24-hour technical support service. Maintenance requests are reviewed and scheduled based on the work required and my current availability.

BASIX Care is an optional convenience service. You retain ownership and access to your Wix account, domain and website. You are free to manage your website yourself at any time.

BASIX Care is available for websites I have built as well as selected existing Wix websites. Existing websites may require a review before maintenance services begin.
